Roasted Chicken Drumsticks with Vegetables

Ingredients

Chicken drumsticks, 1 to 2 per serving

Garlic powder or granules, 2 teaspoons

Black pepper, 1 teaspoon

Paprika, ½ teaspoon

Dried parsley, ½ teaspoon

Butter, 1 tablespoon

Potato, 2 medium

Carrot, 1 medium

Korean radish, two thick slices

Aluminum foil to create two packets

Preparation

Prepare the chicken drumsticks by sprinkling with garlic powder or granules and black pepper. Coat thoroughly. Make one packet from aluminum foil for the chicken and wrap tightly. Peel and cube the potatoes, carrot and Korean radish. Place into a second aluminum packet. Season with paprika and parsley. Dot with butter. Close the packet tightly. Place both packets into one baking dish. Place cover on baking dish and bake 1.5 hours at 350 degrees. Note: we bought seasoned chicken drumsticks from Costco. They were coated in the spices mentioned above. Second note: you may substitute vegetables of your choice.
