NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of La Conner will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 on the question of whether or not the La Conner Town Council will assume the powers, functions and obligation of the Transportation Benefit District for the Town of La Conner, as passed in Resolution 636 on January 9, 2024.
