PROPOSED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE (PDNS): As the Lead Agency, the Town of La Conner has determined that significant environmental impacts are unlikely to result from the proposed project and expects to issue a Mitigated Determination of Non-significance on this proposal. The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable adverse impact on the environment, subject to the following mitigation measures:

• Available for review at Town Hall

An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to public on request.

This PMDNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355. Comment periods for this proposed action and the proposed MDNS are integrated into a single comment period. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal. There will be no comment period following the issuance of the Threshold Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS). A 10-day appeal period will follow the issuance of the DNS.
