08:45 a.m. Unsealed—Seal taken off the election box located at the library. The box had no damage and the lock was still in place. Reported in case there were future issues. La Conner

1:18:p.m. Left alone—Abandoned vehicle tagged for removal after 24 hours. The area was checked the next day and the vehicle was gone. Greater La Conner

1:11 p.m. Handed off—Report of a stolen vehicle. The call was determined to be in the city limits and transferred to Anacortes PD.

14:25 p.m. Unyielding— One vehicle was in the roundabout when another entered, and they collided. Info was exchanged for insurance. Best / McLean roads.

Wednesday, November 8

11:51a.m. Suspicious envelope—Election department was opening ballots and received an envelope with a suspicious white powder. The area was briefly shut down controlled by law. The FBI responded for the incident and will be taking over the investigation. Mount Vernon

Thursday, November 9

11:42 a.m. Scraped—An empty school bus from Anacortes was leaving the Museum of Northwest Art when it scraped across a parked car on the side of the road. Info was exchanged and there were no injuries or serious damage. La Conner.

5:04 p.m. Dear deer—Report of a deer in the middle of the Rainbow Bridge that could not get off. A deputy responded but the deer was gone. La Conner

5:06 p.m. Look both ways—Vehicle trying to park on First Street, struck the side of another vehicle and did minor damage. Info was exchanged by both drivers. La Conner.

Saturday, November 10

9:57 a.m. Out and about— Caller reported a loose dog in the road. No response by law as they were on other calls. Greater La Conner.

Sunday, November 11

2:25 a.m. Thirsty—Two subjects came to the closed bar looking for water for an overheated car. Bar was closed and they left. Conway.
