Subject also said to have neck tattoos. Multiple calls on same subject but no crimes found and subject not located or ID’d. N.1st St., La Conner.

7:27 a.m. Kids got away – Report of kids racing ATVs on the road and in farm fields. Area was checked but no ATVs located and no damage seen at any fields. Bradshaw Rd. / Summers Dr., Greater La Conner.
