Tulip Valley Farms seeks dismissal of Tulip Town lawsuit

Tulip Valley Farms operator Andrew Miller filed for dismissal of all claims made by Spinach Bus Venture Group, owners of Tulip Town, in Skagit Superior Court April 25.
