A SIDE BENEFIT OF SERVING ICE CREAM – The La Conner Chamber of Commerce's annual ice cream social Friday evening in Maple Hall was a great success, Chamber Director Mark Hulst reported, with an estimate of $2.500 raised between donations and the silent auction proceeds.
