Tuesday, July 12

1:08 a.m.: Furniture fraud – Caller reporting a theft of furniture. Deputies determined this was a civil issue and the furniture was going to be returned. Maple Ave., La Conner.

2:37 a.m.: Driver deceased – Deputies responded to a moving vehicle accident. Deputies arrived and found the driver deceased. Washington State Patrol took over the investigation. McLean/Best Rds., Greater La Conner.

2:59 p.m.: Fender damage – Caller left their car in the marina parking lot while on a boat trip. When the caller returned 3 days later, they discovered damage to the front fender. 2nd St., La Conner.

Wednesday, July 13

1:02 p.m.: Shoe thief – Report of a shoe theft. Deputies recovered video evidence of a female suspect walking out of the store with 2 pairs of shoes valued at $250. 1st St., La Conner.

1:28 p.m.: Trick no treat – Report of a suspicious circumstance. Deputies contacted the juveniles who admitted to going up to the house and asking for money. 3rd St., La Conner.

3:05 p.m.: RV robbers – Report of a male and female stripping parts from an abandoned RV. Similk beach, Greater La Conner.

Thursday, July 14

2:43 p.m.: Strange whispers –Deputies contacted a suspicious person who was talking to themselves and making unusual comments. 1st St., La Conner.

Saturday, July 16

11:00 a.m.: Market theft – Report of a theft. Deputies determined the suspect had pushed his way past employees and made threats as he left the store with stolen items. Deputies contacted the suspect on 1st St. and arrested him for the theft. Morris St., La Conner.

Sunday, July 17

11:34 a.m.: Crystal thieves – Deputies responded to a retail theft. Two females in their early 20’s stole crystals and other items from the store. 1st St., La Conner.

7:48 a.m.: Boat launch prowl – Caller reported his vehicle was broken into through the driver’s window. Vehicle was at the Swinomish Boat Launch. Boat Launch Rd., Greater La Conner.
