Sunday, June 26

9:44 p.m.: Wedding songs – Report of loud music. Music was for a wedding celebration and was turned down shortly after. McLean Rd., Greater La Conner.

Monday, June 27

9:00 a.m.: Chicken dinner – Eight chickens were killed by two hunting type dogs. The dogs were running loose and it is unknown who they belong to. Conner Way, La Conner.

12:34 p.m.: Suspicious job seeker – A male subject approached a marina employee who thought the questions he was asking should be reported. The subject told the deputy he was looking for work in the area and would be leaving shortly. He drove off after contact with law enforcement. 2nd St., La Conner.

12:56 p.m.: Fraud – Caller reported receiving a fraudulent call from a subject attempting to get information under the guise of diabetic supplies. Caller did not give any information and ended the call. Park St., La Conner.

2:26 p.m.: Abandoned trailer – A boat trailer left abandoned near the boat launch was discovered by La Conner code enforcement. The trailer was tagged to be towed if not removed. When a deputy checked on it the next day it was no longer there. 4th St., La Conner.

2:50 p.m.: Stolen from semi – A semi-truck parked on the street was entered during the night and a gym bag, Apple watch and Air Pods were taken. There are no suspects identified. 1st St., La Conner.

7:29 p.m.: Bay view prowl – A check book and other items were taken from a vehicle that was parked at the Padilla Bay South Trail. Bay View Edison Rd., Bay View.

Wednesday, June 29

12:56 p.m.: Through the window – Report of a suspect entering the house through an open window when the homeowner was in town. A large television was knocked over and broken. Nothing was reported taken from the house. Maple Ave., La Conner.

Saturday, July 2

8:19 p.m.: Gone fishing – Report of a subject in a kayak possibly in distress. It was determined that was not the case and the subject was just fishing. Hope Island, Greater La Conner.
