Sunday, April 10

12:23 p.m.: Vendor removed – Caller reported a vendor setting up a stand in front of their residence on public right of way. When contacted they agreed to move to another location. Mclean/Bradshaw Rds., Greater La Conner.

6:53 p.m.: ID issue – A server asked for identification of a guest per state law. Another guest at the table was upset but left when law enforcement was called. A tavern, 1st St., La Conner.

Monday, April 11

12:20 a.m.: Wandering dog – A dog was found wandering and returned to its residence. 3rd St., La Conner.

7:52 a.m.: Abandoned car – A vehicle was left abandoned in the parking lot. The vehicle was last registered in 2014 and was not reported as stolen. Morris St., La Conner.

1:42 p.m.: Stolen vehicle found – A stolen vehicle out of Lake Stevens was recovered in the parking lot. 3rd/Caledonia St., La Conner.

4:40 p.m.: Trespasser – A previously trespassed individual was sitting at the business. Deputies assisted in removing them from the area. 2nd St., La Conner.

Tuesday, April 12

12:26 p.m.: Vehicle prowl – Deputies were notified of a vehicle prowl at the South Padilla Bay Trailhead. Deputies were able to obtain pictures of both the subjects and the vehicle. Deputies checking the area located the vehicle as it was pulling into the Swinomish Casino area. The driver admitted to taking the items, which were recovered. The 36-year-old Lake Stevens man was booked into the Skagit County Community Justice Center. Bay View Edison Rd., Bay View.

Wednesday, April 13

2:40 a.m.: Suspicious driver – A white pickup was seen driving through the area a couple of times. It was also sitting at stop signs for longer than necessary. A second call was received in the Channel Cove area. While deputies were checking the area, they located another truck abandoned and stolen out of Sedro Woolley. 2nd St., La Conner.

8:19 a.m.: Calf abuse – Report of a subject kicking a new calf in the head. The caller intervened and helped get the calf back in the trailer it had fallen out of when being loaded. Animal control discovered the individual operates out of Whatcom County and will be working with their local agencies to follow up on the incident. Main St., Conway.

Thursday, April 14

2:24 p.m.: Tulip Town accident – A guest turning left into Tulip Town failed to yield to a southbound vehicle. Bradshaw Rd., Greater La Conner.

Saturday, April 16

1:42 p.m.: Tractor traffic – A farmer needing to move equipment needed assistance with vehicle traffic so they could travel down the road. Beaver Marsh/Calhoun Rds., Greater La Conner.

11:49 a.m.: Graffiti – Graffiti had been painted on the Dike District building. Dike Rd., Conway.
