Monday, March 7

11:24 a.m.: Tied up cows– Concern for some cows tied to a fence. Moore Rd., Greater La Conner.

1:15 p.m.: Vehicle prowled again – A vehicle was broken into for a second time. Multiple items were taken and the caller reported the catalytic converter was missing. It appears that subjects continue to return to this vehicle. Avon Allen Rd., Bow.

Tuesday, March 8

12:19 p.m.: Mistaken contact – Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle striking another vehicle in the parking lot. Deputies determined that no actual contact was made. Beaver Marsh Rd., Greater La Conner.

Wednesday, March 9

5:03 p.m.: Sunglasses thief– Caller reported their vehicle had broken windows at north trailhead parking. The only thing missing were prescription sunglasses. Bay View Edison Rd., Bay View.

5:51 p.m.: Stolen license plate– A license plate was stolen off the caller’s vehicle. Stolen plates will often go unnoticed for a short period while the thief uses it to mask a stolen vehicle. 1st St., La Conner.

6:33 p.m.: Unsafe driver – Caller followed a vehicle from La Conner to Rexville that had been crossing the centerline and braking. It turned into Rexville Grocery but was gone when the deputy arrived. Best Rd., Greater La Conner.

Friday, March 11

10:42 a.m.: Padilla Bay Prowl– Caller said her daughter saw several vehicles with broken windows at the trailhead. Victims did not report. Bay View Edison Rd., Bay View.

11:43 a.m.: Triple collision– Report of a three vehicle collision with airbag deployment. At least one vehicle required a tow. Rainier St., La Conner.

Saturday, March 12

3:52 a.m.: Suspicious subject– Caller saw an individual in their driveway on their home camera system. No actual crime was observed and nothing was missing. Fir Island Rd., Conway.
