Monday, November 22

4:17 p.m .: Horse sense – Caller believed the horses at the polo farm are being fed moldy hay and a shelter. A deputy responded and observed dry hay stored behind the barn. La Conner Whitney Rd., La Conner.

Tuesday, November 23

4:51 p.m .: Close call – Two car, non-injury accident. One driver was eight months pregnant. La Conner Whitney Rd., La Conner.

10:30 p.m .: Got one – While patrolling the Padilla Bay trail parking area, deputies located a suspicious vehicle. Deputies discovered the vehicle was stolen the previous day. Bay View Edison Rd., Bay View.

Wednesday, November 24

8:25 p.m .: Got away – Report of a white pickup that was weaving and a possible DUI. Deputies checked the area, Unable to Locate. La Conner Whitney / Young Rds., La Conner.

Thursday, November 25

1:18 a.m .: Film story – Caller reported an intoxicated male at the marina gate. After contacting the male, he stated he was there to work on his boat and was filming a podcast. A marina., N. 2nd St., La Conner.

8:00 a.m .: Hunters hoisted – Caller reported that they became stranded on a rock by rising waters while hunting. Deputies responded with their rescue boat, but found the US Coast Guard had already arrived on scene with their helicopter and hoisted the hunters to safety. Rawlins Rd., Conway.

11:55 a.m .: Graphic hatred – Deputies responded to a report of graffiti in the skate park at the La Conner High School. Upon arrival, an employee with La Conner Public Works was already onsite, pressure washing the graffiti. The suspect graffitied multiple locations in the skate park. The graffiti had derogatory words, pictures and racial slurs. There is video surveillance in the area, investigation continuing. N. 6th St., La Conner. Story, page 1.

Friday, November 26

1:42 p.m .: Fender bender – Two car, non-injury MVA. Road St., La Conner.

Saturday, November 27

12:51 p.m .: More broken windows – Deputies responded to a report of two vehicles prowls where the windows of the victim vehicles were broken. One of the victims took a picture of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot and turned it over to the investigating deputy. Bay View Edison Rd., Bay View.

Monday, November 29

8:17 a.m .: Connect these dots – Caller reported shooting in the area. When deputies arrived in the area, the shooting stopped. The caller said when deputies left the area, a blue truck arrived, loaded a ladder in the area and then left. The caller felt this was suspicious. Skagit City Rd., Conway.
