Monday, October 11

11:34 a.m.: “Only” window gone – Caller reported his vehicle’s passenger side window had been broken out, nothing taken. Park St., La Conner.

Wednesday, October 13

12:12 p.m.: In broad daylight – Caller reported their 2017 black Toyota Corolla stolen. Beaver Marsh Rd., Greater La Conner.

3:38 p.m.: Chased prowler – Caller interrupted a vehicle prowl and chased the suspects and vehicle westbound on Fir Island Rd. The suspect vehicle was described as a black passenger car. Fir Island Rd., Conway.

4:04 p.m.: Gone, now found – Stolen and abandoned black Toyota Corolla was found by deputies. Valentine / Best Rds., Greater La Conner.

Thursday, October 14

4:43 a.m.: Mixed signals – Caller reported that they loaned their vehicle out and the person was not returning it. The caller later received a message that the vehicle was going to be returned. Maple Ave., La Conner.

7:56 a.m.: Small caliber threat – Deputies responded to a report of a male holding a pistol in the parking lot of the Farm House Inn. Deputies arrived and determined the pistol to be a BB gun. La Conner Whitney Rd., Greater La Conner.

8:51 a.m.: Unable to roll – Deputies responded to a report of an abandoned dirt bike in the brush at the boat launch. Deputies noticed the ignition had been tampered with and a security lock had been cut off the front of the motorcycle. Deputies believe the motorcycle may be an unreported stolen vehicle. Deputies were unable to contact the owner and impounded the vehicle for safe keeping. Calhoun Rd., Greater La Conner.

9:43 p.m.: No rest for weary – Deputies contacted a subject sleeping in the covered picnic area. Deputies advised the subject the park was closed and that he needed to leave. Pioneer Park, S. 4th St. La Conner.

11:14 p.m.: Car and driver smashed – Deputies responded to a reported accident. Deputies contacted the driver as he was walking away from the scene and determined he was impaired and arrested him for DUI. La Conner Whitney Rd., Greater La Conner.

Friday, October 15

10:17 a.m.: Anti-biker – Report of a poodle that ran out to the roadway and bit the caller while they were riding a bicycle on the roadway. Rd., Greater La Conner.

11:45 a.m.: Territorial – Report of a male who threatened the caller as they were walking near the La Conner public restrooms. 1st St., La Conner.

7:00 p.m.: Small town charm – Caller reported they believed they had left their front door unlocked when leaving the house. Deputies responded to the residence and locked the door for the caller. Morris St., La Conner.

Sunday, October 17

2:47 p.m.: Not so charming – Caller reported an abandoned motor home parked across the street from his residence. Deputies referred the caller to city hall for removal. S. 3rd St., La Conner.

Monday, October 18

6:26 a.m.: Four of a kind – Caller reported four vehicles broken into on the property overnight. Valentine Rd., Greater La Conner.
