Monday, July 12

8:44 p.m.: Changed their minds – Report of three vehicles trespassing. The caller stated the subjects walked to the front porch, then abruptly left. Flats Rd., La Conner.

11:11 p.m.: 4th lingers on – Report of fireworks in the area. Park St., La Conner.

Tuesday, July 13

8:20 a.m.: Interesting suspicion – Report of an abandoned vehicle in the back lot of the market. The caller said there is possible stolen mail in the vehicle. Morris St., La Conner.

Wednesday, July 14

1:58 p.m.: Warning given – Caller reported a male trespassing on Triton property. The caller gave him a day to leave and wanted the sheriff’s office aware. Boat Launch Rd., Greater La Conner.

Thursday, July 15

7:25 p.m.: Doing good deed – Report of a male throwing rocks at cars. Deputies did not find anyone actively throwing rocks but contacted a male in the area and gave him a ride to Mount Vernon. Fir Island Rd., Conway.

Saturday, July 17

11:12 a.m.: Parking problems – Deputies responded to a parking problem. Deputies located a truck and trailer partially in the roadway and blocking a fire lane. Deputies were able to get contact the owner and had him move the vehicle. N. 1st / State Sts., La Conner.

1:38 p.m.: Boat stranded – Caller reported a parking problem with a boat that was parked in a paying customer’s spot. Deputies attempted to contact the reporting officer but were unsuccessful. The hotel was going to seek private removal of the vessel. N. 1st St., La Conner.

2:06 p.m.: Cold call – Caller reported a cold hit and run in the parking lot. Maple Ave., La Conner.

9:32 p.m.: 4th going strong – Caller reported hearing seven gunshots in the area. Tribal PD stated there were fireworks being let off in the area. Pioneer Park, S. 4th St., La Conner.

11:30 p.m.: Giving self up? – Caller reported a shoplifting. Suspect was waiting outside the store. La Conner Whitney Rd., Greater La Conner.

Sunday, July 18

11:05 a.m.: Modern technology – Caller reported that she had left her cell phone on a table in La Conner and now she was tracking her stolen phone in the Everett area. The caller needed a theft report from the sheriff’s office for Everett PD to track her phone. Unknown location. La Conner.

2:48 p.m.: Puppy saver – Report of a puppy left in a vehicle. The caller was concerned the puppy was in distress due to the heat. The caller opened an unlocked door and gave the puppy water. The owner came back to the vehicle and left the area with the puppy. S. 1st St., La Conner.
