10:25 a.m.: Flocking together – Deputies responded to a report of bird watchers parking in the middle of the roadway. Dry Slough Rd., Conway.

Tuesday, Dec. 29

12:24 p.m.: Cows cold – Animal Control responded to a report of neglected cows. Investigation continuing. Moore Rd., Conway.

2:02 p.m.: Federal offense? – Caller reported her neighbors had found her mail a few blocks away from her residence. Deputies will be conducting additional patrols in the area. Channel Dr., La Conner.

Thursday, Dec. 31

1:30 p.m.: Cow caller – Animal Control responded to a report of neglected cows. Animal Control contacted the owner and they are actively working on resolving several of the issues. Investigation continuing. Moore / Skagit City Rds., Conway.

Friday, Jan. 1

1:28 p.m.: Gun gone – Caller reported a firearm stolen from his parked vehicle. Dike Rd., Conway.

1:38 p.m.: A pattern? – Caller reported his vehicle broken into. Dike Rd., Conway.

Saturday, Jan. 2

6:48 p.m.: Burglary called in – Caller reported that someone had been tampering with the locks on her barn, no entry gained. Calhoun Rd., Greater La Conner.

Sunday, Jan. 3

1:10 a.m.: Truck ditched – Deputies investigated a vehicle accident. A pickup was reported abandoned in the ditch. Beaver Marsh Rd., Greater La Conner.
