Monday, October 5

1:34 p.m.: In broad daylight – Caller reported a suspicious vehicle driving in their neighborhood. Deputies checked for the vehicle, but were unable to locate it. Kamb Rd., Greater La Conner.

4:44 p.m.: Political outbreak – Caller reported numerous Trump and Culp political signs being stolen around the county, and Anacortes. Anacortes PD was also notified of the theft complaint. Morris St., La Conner.

5:55 p.m.: Coasted away – Caller ran out of gas on his motorcycle. When he returned with fuel, the bike was gone. Chilberg Rd., Greater La Conner.

Tuesday, October 6

5:38 p.m.: Oh really? – Caller received a call stating the person was from their bank and they would be arrested if they did not pay the person on the phone. The caller knew it was a scam and wanted to report it. Dry Slough Rd, Conway.

Wednesday, October 7

2:02 p.m.: Dog keepers – Caller reported they found a young black lab and will have it at their house in case the owner is located. La Conner Whitney / McLean Rds., Greater La Conner.

Thursday, October 8

11:52 a.m.: Dog pick up – Report of two aggressive dogs. Animal Control located the dogs who were scared and not aggressive. The dogs were transported to the Humane Society. Moore Rd., Conway.

3:39 p.m.: Caught – Deputies arrested a subject on an outstanding warrant.. La Conner.

Friday, October 9

7:31 a.m.: Prowler in town – Caller reported his work truck was entered and several tools stolen. Myrtle St., Greater La Conner.

7:59 a.m.: Prowler pattern – Caller reported two unlocked vehicles in his driveway were entered and the glove box rummaged through. Finley Ln., La Conner.

8:48 a.m.: Party preference – Caller reported several Republican political signs being stolen around the county. N. 1st St., La Conner.

10:39 a.m.: Prowler gone – Caller reported a vehicle prowl. S. 3rd St., La Conner.

5:12 p.m.: Long gone – Caller reported his unlocked vehicle was stolen from his driveway in La Conner. On 10-10-2020 Sedro-Woolley PD recovered the vehicle in their jurisdiction. Penn / Calhoun St., La Conner.

Saturday, October 10

1:48 p.m.: Prowling continues – Caller reporting his unlocked vehicle had been entered. The only thing he found missing was the vehicle registration. S. 3rd St., La Conner.

5:33 p.m.: Following the trail – Deputies responded to Skagit Valley Hospital for a report of a possible stabbing that occurred in the Sheriff’s Office jurisdiction. Deputies spoke to the victim and located the scene on Junquist Rd. Detectives were called out to further investigate. Investigation continuing. Jungquist Rd., Greater La Conner.
