Cats on the loose

While I feel this could be a good idea, I certainly hope you don’t end up taking someone’s pet (“Help reduce feral cat population,” Aug. 14 Letters). Some cats are not microchipped but are someone’s beloved pet. If you trap any animals due diligence is asking people of that neighborhood if it belongs to them before you turn them in to NOAH.
