I am a longtime subscriber to your newspaper. Noticed your front page (March 13 issue) is full of anti-Navy/jet propaganda. My support of NAS Whidbey goes back as far as I can remember.

My guess is the Advisory Council of Historic Preservation, Ebey’s Landing National Historic Reserve, Sound Defense Alliance and No New Jets are made up of folks who have moved into our area from out of state or from the greater Seattle area.

We don’t mind sharing our beautiful area with newcomers, but please refrain from trying to change things, so when you leave we don’t have to spend a lot of time righting the ship.

Oh, by the way my subscription has expired and let’s just keep it that way.
