At long last! Now maybe the nation can get on with the business that is important and not this nearly two year witch hunt, Trump was right once again! In time it will be revealed for those who still think that Hillary should have won the election and that somehow Trump stole it, that nothing about that notion is correct. Mueller let that cat out of the bag with his report and Attorney General Barr confirmed it and made it public March 24. No collusion with Russia, the original concern.

Please don’t get hung up like so many have on the wording of the report that did not specifically exonerate Trump of obstruction. It also did not implicate him for it either. Instead Mueller chose for reasons known only to him, to hand off that job to the attorney general. Barr along with Assistant Attorney General Rosenstein, other Department of Justice lawyers and officials looked at the whole thing and applied the obvious solution: No obstruction.

Why? This is easy because for there to be obstruction there must have been something to obstruct, like a crime or knowledge and cover up of a crime. And since Mueller’s report said there was NO crime committed by the president or those closest to him, obstruction is not possible.

But wait you say: He fired the head of the FBI, Jim Comey. Yes he did, and yes he can with complete authority for cause or no cause, just because. Comey worked for the executive branch and who runs that, yes, Trump does.

It is over, folks. Trump is completely and totally exonerated of collusion and obstruction. It remains to be seen how long the rest of the sore losers want to keep the fire stoked. My guess is at least until the next election.

And less some of those worthies who started this whole thing expect to skate on possible charges, time will tell, but there are a lot of big names out there who started this whole sad affair, by accusing this sitting president of treason, collusion, obstruction and any number of other things for which Mueller was hired to expose.

Didn’t happen, it is over.

This little exercise in bad politics did a lot of damage to this country and thank goodness it is over.
