PLAY A SONG FOR ME – Rick Fogel is glad to be back in La Conner “busking,” or entertaining passerby-ers on the street. He says that business is nowhere near as lucrative as at Seattle’s Pike Place Market, but that he likes it here better. His assessment: “This could be a world class performance spot.
