Brian Westover, of Shelter Bay, died on Tuesday, October, 14, at his home, surrounded by family.

Brian was born in Anchorage, Alaska on June 24, 1949, the son of Ralph and Beatrice Westover.

Growing up, Brian chose a career in aviation as a helicopter mechanic and inspector.

Some would say Brian could fix a rainy day!

He was also an accomplished pilot; he flew airplanes as well as helicopters all over Alaska.

He also enjoyed traveling and being with family.

Brian is survived by two sons, Jeremy and Mitch Westover of Milpitas, California, and his wife, Susan Westover, who lives in London, England.
