Hi Ken,

Hope everyone at the La Conner Weekly News is well. Just wanted to tell you (perhaps you already know) that when I dropped by my shop Friday I found a little glass jar/vase with some lovely flowers in it and a blue colored, heart shaped note card that said “We’re Blue without You.”

I was trying to figure out what mystery friend had done this lovely thing ... but as I was driving along First Street I noticed the same “treat” in front of every shop door. Someone or some ones had been a Flower Fairy and performed this not so random act of kindness. I wonder who?

Sure is nice. Another example of what makes La Conner so special and unique and delightful.

And shows me again how grateful I am to live here.
