12:14 a.m.: Not a prowler – Someone phoned in saying they saw a prowler at the waterfront end ofCaledonia Street in La Conner. It turned out to be a fisherman waiting for the rest of the crew to show up.

Thursday July 24

2:49 p.m.: Found purse – Nobody reported it missing, and there was no wallet inside, but a found purse was turned in at La Conner Town Hall.

Friday July 25

4:21 a.m.: Strange noise – A caller heard a strange noise in a building on 2^nd Street near La Conner Country Inn and wanted a deputy to check it out. Nobody was located.

7:45 a.m.: Brat attack – Graffiti was found atPioneerPark in La Conner.

Saturday July 26

6:32 p.m.: Dim bulb – Someone with a restraining order against them was making phone calls from jail to the person in La Conner they were supposed to leave alone.

8:48 p.m.: Big ticket – A driver caught speeding on Best Road near Valentine Road near Pleasant Ridge was also cited for driving on a suspended license.

Sunday July 27

12:45 a.m.: Break down – A vehicle was broken down onFir Island Road inConway, but a tow was already on the way when the deputy checked.

1:01 a.m.: Noise – Someone made a complaint about noise coming from a popular watering hold onMorris Street in La Conner, but there was no indication what the noise was. Deputies checking the area couldn’t find anything noisy.

10:04 a.m.: Mystery boat – A boat was left at the dock at La Conner Marina and was not registered.

12:04 p.m.: Suicide check – A person posted a farewell message on social media and a caller recognized the location asDeceptionPassBridge.

1:52 p.m.: Rescue – Two kayakers were rescued and pulled from the water after their kayak flipped in the treacherous currents nearDeceptionPassBridge.

9:12 p.m.: Hit & run – There was a hit and run accident reported at the 76 Station inConway, but it appears the reporting party might have information on the driver.
