PRINCESSES ARE WHAT MAKES A HALLOWEEN PARADE GREAT – La Conner’s annual Halloween Parade down First Street returned last Friday. No one seemed scared of the coronavirus pandemic, which kept everyone off the street a year ago. This year the street swarmed with kids of all ages in costumes.
