HOT SHOOTING IN THE DESERT – The Pacific Northwest Rain girls’ travel team won its division of the recent Summer Sizzle Basketball Tournament in Phoenix. Scoring buckets for the Rain during the tourney were La Conner High players Juna Swanson, Rachel Cram, Sarah Cook, Ellie Marble and Josie Harper.
