Sunday, February 19

8:21 p.m .: Stolen vehicle found – Sheriff's deputies recovered a stolen vehicle under the Twin Bridges. Drugs and stolen mail were also recovered from inside the vehicle. A subject was questioned about his involvement but turned out to not be the suspect. The vehicle was later turned over to the owner. Boat Launch Rd., Greater La Conner.

Tuesday, February 21

1:26 p.m .: Prison escapee – Report of a suspicious subject wearing what appeared to be a prison uniform walking on the street. The subject left the area, no other reports were made. 1st St., La Conner.

3:28 p.m .: Roll over accident – One vehicle non-injury, roll over collision. The driver reported she lost control of the vehicle in the hailstorm and left the roadway. Best Rd., Greater La Conner.

7:05 p.m .: Damaged lock – A citizen notified law enforcement a door on a Town of La Conner building was unable to be secured due to a damaged lock. Extra patrols by law enforcement were coordinated to keep a watch on the building. Douglas St., La Conner.

Wednesday, February 22

4:04 p.m .: Window peeper – Report of a male subject wearing black clothing peeking into the windows of the house next door. The male was seen leaving the driveway in a silver Dodge Journey headed toward La Conner Whitney Road. Young Rd., Greater La Conner.

Thursday, February 23

8:27 p.m .: Car campers – A white vehicle and an RV were parked in the McLean Road Fire Station parking lot. The people occupying the vehicles were asked to leave by the fire chief. The occupants complied and didn't return to park there. Beaver Marsh Rd., Greater La Conner.

Friday, February 24

12:38 p.m .: Animal neglect – Report of dogs being neglected. Animal control was contacted to conduct a welfare check on the dogs. McLean Rd., Greater La Conner.
