Port of Skagit staff are planning a “Coffee and Conversation” gathering on Wednesday, Nov. 9 from 2-3 p.m. at the La Conner Marina office. Its purpose is to invite community members to sit down with Port staff and ask any questions they may have about the La Conner Marina and the vision for the property.
