2 p.m .: Problem or not? – Report of suspicious individuals in dark clothing hanging around Pioneer Park. S. 4th St., La Conner.

Tuesday, December 7

8:04 a.m .: Evidence lacking – Initial report of a subject who had shot a deer on the property. Deputies contacted a work crew at the property and they did not see or hear anyone shooting. McLean Rd., Greater La Conner.

Wednesday, December 8

4:05 a.m .: Not sealed tight – Caller found their door open in the middle of the night. Deputies checked the residence and did not locate anyone. They noted that the door seal had recently been replaced and was hard to get all the way latched. Maple Ave., La Conner.

3:48 p.m .: Not their tow – Report of an abandoned vehicle in the parking lot. Deputies advised of the process to have it removed. Bradshaw Rd., Greater La Conner.

Thursday, December 9

12:52 p.m .: Car problem – Report of a suspicious vehicle driving around the parking lot. The vehicle was described as a white Ford Taurus. Beaver Marsh Rd., Greater La Conner.


5:20 p.m .: Bad driving and timing – Deputies investigated a two car, minor injury accident. The causing driver was cited for no driver’s license or insurance. Maple Ave., La Conner.

Friday, December 10

9:45 a.m .: Legally parked – Report of dump trucks parking in front of a residence. Deputies checked, and the dump trucks were legally parked. Washington St., La Conner.

Saturday, December 11

7:06 a.m .: Prowler ran – Report of a prowler seen in the caller’s back yard. The prowler ran when the homeowners arrived. Deputies conducting extra patrols. Channel Dr., La Conner.


1:33 p.m .: Suspicious character – Report of a suspected shoplifter walking around La Conner, no crimes reported. Deputies patrolled the area. S. 1st St., La Conner.

Monday, December 13

8:54 a.m .: No worries – Report of deceased animals. Animal Control previously checked on this complaint. Fir Island Rd., Conway
