Monday, September 13

2:38 a.m .: Boat ramp MVA – Public Works reported a cold hit and run accident at the boat ramp. Wooden rails were knocked over and a mud flap left behind. Sherman Ave., La Conner.

Wednesday, September 15

3:59 p.m .: Cash theft – Caller reported a theft of cash, had suspect information. Myrtle St., La Conner.

Thursday, September 16

1:59 p.m .: Dog gone – Report of loose sheep dog. Deputies checked the area but were unable to locate it. La Conner Whitney / McLean Rds., Greater La Conner.

9:21 p.m .: Camp closed – Deputies contacted a person camping in Pioneer Park after hours. They advised the camper he was not allowed to be there after dark and stood by until he gathered his belongings and left. S. 4th St., La Conner.

Friday, September 17

12:38 p.m .: Car scratched twice – Report of someone who had scratched the caller’s vehicle while at La Conner Drug. The caller noticed another fresh scratch after eating dinner at a local restaurant. The caller had no suspect information at this time. La Conner Morris St., La Conner.


6:42 p.m .: Car window smashed – Caller reported his driver side window of his car had been broken while parked. Nothing was taken from the vehicle. Maple Ave., La Conner.

Saturday, September 18

12:04 p.m .: Didn’t complete circle – Deputies responded to a two car, minor injury accident. McLean / Best Rds., Greater La Conner.

6:14 p.m .: Prowl attack – Caller reported a cold vehicle prowl. Window was broken out of the vehicle while at the Padilla Bay Trail Head. Bay View Edison Rd., Bay View.


Sunday, September 19

12:55 a.m .: Van stolen – Caller reported a van belonging to her boyfriend had been stolen from her apartment parking lot. The van is described as a white 2002 Ford Econoline. Maple Ave., / Conner Pl., La Conner.

6:30 a.m .: Van found – Stolen van from Maple Ave was recovered by deputies on Dodge Valley Rd. The vehicle was unoccupied. Dodge Valley Rd., Greater La Conner.

8:40 p.m .: Tail chasing result? – Deputies responded to a report of a possible injured dog that was barking. Deputies located the dog, which was not injured, but just had wrapped its cable around a pole. Deputies contacted the owner who immediately responded to retrieve the dog. Talbott St., La Conner.
