Tuesday, May 4

7:18 p.m .: Spring spurt – Report of several motorcycles driving at excessive speeds. Bay View Rd., Bay View.

7:58 p.m .: Someone’s knocking – Caller reported a banging on her door. Deputies contacted a female who said she knew the homeowner and was returning some items. The homeowner said she did not know the female and wanted her removed from the property. Caledonia St., La Conner.

8:25 p.m .: Providing backup – Deputies responded to assist Swinomish PD with the arrest of a subject. Pull and Be Damned Rd., Greater La Conner.

Wednesday, May 5

4:54 a.m .: Damage check – Deputies investigated damage to a vehicle. The caller believed the suspect was a person they had a no contact order with. S. 4th St., La Conner.

3:43 p.m .: Driving while followed – Report of a vehicle driving all over the road. Deputies located the vehicle and followed it. Deputies did not observe any violations. Best Rd / SR 20, Greater La Conner.


Thursday, May 6

4:38 p.m .: Rural road tale – Two vehicle, minor injury accident. Causing vehicle was passing another vehicle and farm equipment at the time of the collision. Best Rd., Greater La Conner.

Friday, May 7

1:33 p.m .: After the fact – Cold hit and run motor vehicle accident. Best Rd., Greater La Conner.

3:50 p.m .: Asleep at the wheel – One-car non-injury accident. Drowsy driver drove off the roadway. McLean / La Conner Whitney Rds. Greater La Conner.

Saturday, May 8

10:21 a.m .: Call Town Hall – Deputies responded to a call of an abandoned vehicle. The caller was referred to City Hall for follow up. Whatcom / Road Sts., La Conner.


3:42 p.m .: Swerver seen – Report of a swerving vehicle. Deputies checked the area, but were unable to locate it. Fir Island / Wylie Rds., La Conner.

3:58 p.m .: Same guy as above? – Deputies responded to a report of a swerving vehicle that had pulled into the Conway Barn. Deputies contacted the driver who admitted he was tired and had pulled over to rest. Fir Island Rd., La Conner.
