4:20 p.m.: Age old conflict – Caller reporting a verbal argument with a neighbor over children playing loudly on the playground near their residences. The caller said the neighbor produced a friction lock baton while standing in the doorway of his residence and that she felt threatened by that action. Investigation continuing. Park St., La Conner.
