ONE HAPPY BUTCHER – A new meat processing plant at the Port of Skagit is making members and employees of Island Grown Farmer’s Cooperative very happy. Eighty small meat growers in Skagit, San Juan, Whatcom, Island and Snohomish counties rely on IGFC for mobile slaughter services, freezer storage, and cut and wrap.
