TULIPS WILL BE IN BLOOM, SOON – Spring means tulips in the Skagit. They blossomed in this Washington Bulb Co. field on Young Road, looking north, in 2017. They were beautiful, as will be this year’s crop blooming in fields just outside of La Conner. This field has rotated out of tulips this year. – Photo by Nancy Crowell
